Remote Digital Family Medicine Physician

Weare seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician that lives in Hawaii withover 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in complex care, chroniccare management, or primary care to join our innovative, digital-first primarycare medical group based in Hawaii. Our practice operates 24/7,leveraging both asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous videoconsultations to deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary care services. Thisis a weekender position, we work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons,evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 24 hours(6 shifts) a week. At 24+ hours you will be considered full time and benefitseligible. Compensation: $138.00 per hour Monday - Friday and $150.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday Benefits: Flexiblescheduling Competitivehealth, vision and dental plans Companypaid short and long term disability 12weeks paid parental leave Malpracticeinsurance provided, including tail coverage 401(k)with company match Requirements: Boardcertified in Family Medicine Mustlive in Hawaii Hawaiilicense or able to obtain a license in any state Have3+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic caremanagement, or primary care Areexperienced in or have an appetite for learning digital-first healthcare (e.g.virtual medicine) Areinterested in new, innovative models of care that balance evidence-basedapproaches with creative ideas Arehighly comfortable with using technology and various applications to delivercare to patients virtually. Our current tech stack is: Proprietary builtclinician-patient platform, Google Suite (gmail, sheets, docs, etc) Professionalfluency in Spanish including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding thecultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting
