We are seeking a Benefits Manager to join our Remote team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about growth. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information on their permanent coverage from their employer. We work with all major organizations across the US including the Teachers, Veterans and Nurses. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to efficiently use Zoom Self Motivated & coachable Benefits Managers can expect: Members are provided by company/ No cold calling or self prospecting Residual Income ( Monthly passive income) In house training (experience is not required) Weekly Advance and Bonus Stock options Benefits Quarterly incentive trips Quick development into leadership role if desired Responsibilities: Provide information about the products and services Build and maintain relationships with new members as well as existing Obtain license to be able to service our members Help our members get qualified for their permanent coverage Powered by JazzHR
