The Position Act as champion for the Reliability Excellence program and drive improvements into the maintenance processes, to include Reliability, Planning, Scheduling, Spare Parts, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing maintenance strategies, supporting maintenance excellence initiatives, SOP development; establishing and maintaining positive working relationship with internal and external engineering teams and stakeholders, management of vendor and service contracts. Relationships Manager or Senior Manager. Essential Functions stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Lead reliability program with implementation of projects focused on improving maintenance processes and CMMS and drive alignment across the site:Provide training to and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to classify assets and develop cost effective maintenance plans and spare parts stocking strategies to support operations:Lead ISO 55001 Standards and Asset Management process:Create metrics to visualize maintenance and asset performance for stakeholders:Provide Line of Business with updates to maintenance plans and increase equipment reliability:Standardize the CMMS system and implement process and programs to enhance reliability of data entered to support reliability and maintenance excellence programs:Lead Risk Management Planning workshops in anticipation of risks that could adversely impact plant operation:Lead Failure Analysis and Reporting and develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures:Lead site shutdown planning and execution:Ensure effective communication and positive working relationships with key stakeholders:Lead continuous process improvements using cLEAN(R) or Six Sigma tools:Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties:Other accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements Moves equipment and /or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions. Routinely operates and inspects manufacturing equipment using hands. Ability to be on feet for up to a 12:hour shift. May require corrected vision to 20/25 based on role. May require color vision based on role. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder.
