Job DescriptionThis job requires relocation.DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Performs treatments/activities under the supervision and direction of a licensed therapist and/or licensed therapy assistant that supports the operations of the rehabilitation department. RequirementsDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: BLS certification required.SKILLS: Good communication and organizational skills Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment. EXPERIENCE: Experience in healthcare preferred.NATURE OF SUPERVISION:-Responsible to: Director, Rehabilitation ServicesENVIRONMENT: Works in a clean, well lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment. Potential exposure to communicable diseases, combative patients and hazardous chemicals. Subject to stressful professional relationships and situations. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Good physical condition. Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing and walking. Lifts, positions, and transfers patients and manipulates occupied equipment.
