We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join our team. Summary: We are looking for a skilled RN to provide patient care and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver excellent care. As a Registered Nurse at Mercy, you will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, maintain professional accountability, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care using the nursing process Maintain professional accountability for patient care Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers Coordinate patient care with other departments Maintain patient rights and confidentiality Requirements: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure Physical requirements: push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat Certifications: Basic Life Support; ACLS; NRP; ENPC; TNCC; CPHON; OCN; BLS; PALS; PEARS; S.T.A.B.L.E.
