Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36.60 - $47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the assited living residents' physical and emotional well-being for our seniors in our Bloomington, MN location, Meadowoods!Nursing schedule includes;72 hours in two weeksDay shiftFriday, Saturday & Sunday- Every third weekend rotationCash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access!Generous and Full Benefits Package; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid time off, matching retirement, wellness reimbursement program, medical, dental, college tuition reimbursement/direct pay assistance funds)As part of the Martin Luther Campus Senior Community, Meadow Woods Assisted Living is a residential setting by woodlands, wetlands, and the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our 113 unit assisted, independent and memory care buildings are located in East Bloomington, MN near public transportation. Our staff encourages participation in the many regularly scheduled activities and lifelong learning programs. Managed by Ebenezer we believe their mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives.Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedRequired:Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers(3 week grace period for BLS)Preferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, LPN or RNGood written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providersAbility to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
