Our nurses are integral in a patient’s continuum of care in an autonomous nurse-led and governed home care agency! We nurses make a visible and palpable difference in a family’s life and thrive in the long-term connections we make with our patients! - We support nurses with a place to grow in their RN career and use a wide variety of nursing skills that many RNs job no longer offer. Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away, you are an integral part of an autonomous, high functioning, collaborative team where our nurses thrive. - In this position you will be working with a young adult client who is in need of high technology medical equipment use, 24-hour skilled nursing care, and ongoing assessments. We value your experience but will thoroughly train those who are interested in learning and expanding their clinical skills. - Tuesdays, Thursdays and one additional weekday. On-call : Not Required Incentives: $10k sign on bonus, up to $10k in loan forgiveness, and $2k/mo for 3 months housing stipend - eligible for full time positions, prorated for part time roles!
