Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele Location: Temple, TX Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Shifts Per Week: 3 Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week Hourly Rate: $32 - $53 Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry Unit in Temple, TX. This unit is a 38-bed facility focused on providing high-quality, individualized care to a varied medical/telemetry patient population. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for learning and professional growth, with a focus on medical diagnoses and comorbidities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor telemetry and provide continuous patient assessments. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
