Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown Location: Lawton, OK Shift Notes: Days; 12-hour shifts. (0545-1800) Relocation Bonus: $2,000 (specific conditions apply) Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 Salary Range: $30 - $38.82/hour Position Summary: The Stepdown Registered Nurse with a cardiac focus is responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse range of patients with complex cardiac conditions. This includes patients undergoing CP rule-out, experiencing various myocardial infarctions, and recovering from cardiac surgeries and interventions. The nurse will manage post-operative care, including the monitoring of arterial sheaths, and will not engage in titrating pressors or IV infusions in the CVCU. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with severe cardiac conditions. Develop and implement nursing care plans based on assessments and diagnoses. Collaborate with ancillary nursing and other patient care team members. Manage post Cardiac Cath Lab patient recovery and arterial sheath oversight. Ensure adherence to professional nursing practice standards.
