What does a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) do? At Pathlight Group, as an RN/LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing holistic nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions, from health maintenance to counseling and education. By following our Program policies, Nurse Practice Act, and industry standards, you'll ensure that each person receives the best care possible. Are you the Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) we're looking for? To excel in this role at Pathlight, you'll need to bring a set of essential skills to the table. As a graduate of a nursing program with a valid Massachusetts RN or LPN nursing license, you'll demonstrate your dedication to the field. Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, will aid you in organizing and documenting patient care effectively. While not mandatory, having at least one year of experience under your belt is preferred, showcasing your ability to navigate the unique challenges of nursing care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your attention to detail, compassionate nature, and willingness to learn and grow will be key factors in your success in this rewarding position.Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Graduate of nursing program.
