Overview Cardiac Rehab Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8a-5p Atrium Health Navicent is a leading healthcare facility committed to enhancing the lives of our patients through comprehensive cardiac care. Our state-of-the-art facility and dedicated team provide top-notch services ranging from acute care to specialized rehabilitation programs. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recovery and improvement of our cardiac patients' health following heart-related procedures or surgeries. Your primary responsibilities will include: Assessing patients' health status and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitoring cardiac telemetry and vital signs during exercise sessions and providing immediate intervention as needed. Educating patients and their families on heart health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management. Administering medications, performing therapeutic treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records. Participating in patient evaluations and contributing to the development of rehabilitation goals. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the State of Georgia Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and promoting heart health awareness.
