Registered Nurse / RN position available with up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates. The RN provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Coordinates and integrates patient care based on individual needs and family members. Directs care according to established safety, risk management, and infection control standards. Reviews orders and test results, documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record. The RN adheres to the ANA Code of Ethics and the Florida State Nurse Practice Act, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
