Gensco currently has an amazing opportunity available to join our Human Resources Team at our Corporate Offices in Tacoma, WA as a Recruiting Coordinator! Schedule - Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm (in-person in Tacoma, WA) Full Time - starting pay range $22-$28 per hour based on experience Duties and Responsibilities Make customer service for both internal and external customers top priority. Provide guidance and support to Hiring Managers through the recruiting and hiring process. Perform a variety of recruiting services to help Gensco achieve hiring objectives to include placing job ads, candidate assessment, conducting phone and zoom interviews, and coordinating Hiring Manager interviews. Recruit at Career Fairs for full-time and internship opportunities. Recruiting Team is responsible for recruiting interns and facilitating Gensco’s internship program. Skills and Qualifications 4-year degree highly preferred or equivalent experience Recruiting work experience preferred Strong computer skills - MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a fast, multi-task environment Strong people skills, customer service-oriented approach, responds to requests with a sense of urgency High degree of honesty, ethics and integrity with prior work experience handling confidential information Willing to “think outside of the box” and identify process improvement opportunities Ability to research and analyze various types of data Able to work sitting or standing and to move freely throughout the facility Able to lift and carry equipment and supplies on a frequent basis Able to travel to local and remote recruiting events via car, air, etc. Occasional overnight travel.
