We are in search of a High-Level Recruiter/Hiring Consultant (HC) for our hard-working team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond” and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment where the clients are small business owners. Do not apply to this position if you don't LOVE BEING ON THE PHONE and LOVE BEING ON VIDEO. Your entire day is spent calling possible candidates and interviewing people over Zoom. This position requires strong communication skills and a level of professionalism that helps the team serve clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Creative problem-solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary, as well as an ability to work independently and seek out information when needed. The ideal candidate embodies our Core Values: • Humble• Heart• Stewardship• Teamwork Responsibilities: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Responsibilities • Conduct video interviews with multiple candidates to find those best suited to work for your clients• Support management in daily activities having to do with building a bench of talent• Inform team members/leadership regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements• Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction• Improve skill sets through employee development programs• Support other recruiters in their daily activities when necessary• Provide client support to ensure clear and quick communication for an exceptional customer experience• Maintain candidate spreadsheets to share hiring progress with clients• Maintain a high level of professionalism on calls and video interviews• Draft weekly updates to all clients in the first stages of recruiting• Work with a sense of urgency and care• Selling positions to candidates• High-Level communication skills Qualifications:Qualifications• Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision• High school diploma or GED required, college experience preferred• Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues• Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly and with discretion• Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed• Team-oriented, while able to work independently and manage time efficiently• Willing to learn and grow; not afraid to admit mistakes and move on• Passion for excellence in all that you do Knowledge/Skills: • Extraordinary people skills• Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills• Problem-solving skills• Proactive, positive attitude• Above-average recruiting skills• Strong relationship-building skills Preferred: • Top-producing recruiting success track record in the recent past• Real estate recruiting experience is a huge plus• Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with an emphasis on residential real estate• Experience managing the recruiting pipeline in WizeHire or any other applicant tracking system (ATS)• Experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and/or other major job boards• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Analytics)• Experience managing clients and candidates virtually• Knowledge of DISC, Enneagram, and/or other personality assessments Compensation and Benefits: • $60,000 - $70,000 expected first year earnings• Paid Time Off (PTO)• 401k• Medical, Dental Benefits• Summer Hours• Sabbatical after 5 years of service• Bonus Potential• Rapid growth potential Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 first year earnings About Company: CC Consulting was launched out of Linzee Ciprani’s home shortly after she left a position managing one of the top real estate teams in Pennsylvania (2014).
