We are growing AGAIN! We are seeking an (entry level) Recruiter and HR Specialist to join our professional staff. While we all work remotely, candidates must reside in the south-central PA market or be willing to relocate because, on occasion, we actually go to our clients; this position may also have responsibility for supporting clients at job fairs! HR Resolutions creates Savvy Strategy and Real Results for clients in South Central PA and beyond. Our purpose is to serve our clients by providing world class HR, keeping the client’s operations and needs in mind to reduce their drama while maintaining a reasonable rate of return for all parties. The position is located in South Central PA and may involve some travel to client locations. We "get it" (things aren't always black and white; our clients do have a business to run) This is an entry-level role, however, the ideal person for this position has at least one (1) year of Human Resources experience (to include benefits administration, payroll, reporting, onboarding, and other HR tasks). Internships count toward the experience requirement! You should have a defined "office space" so you can be best focused on work while at work. This provides you the ability to work independently, without micro-management, and we live by our core value that HR is FUN! If you are looking for a fun, highly productive environment and you meet our minimum qualifications (degree/certificate, detail orientation and prior HR Specialist experience as a plus.) Please note - if you reside outside of south-central PA, you will not be considered. Some of your responsibilities will include: Perform recruiting services and support utilizing HR Resolutions protocols and processes to effectively and efficiently assist client staffing needs. Implement and improve client recruiting and interviewing processes. Following existing protocols, conduct assigned recruiting responsibilities including, but not limited to, ad writing, job board posting, screening candidates, rejecting/recommending candidates to clients, overseeing candidate communications, and assisting in offers and rejections of candidates. Design and develop job descriptions using HRR best practices; conduct basic salary reviews and research. Prepare analytical analysis of the recruiting process to report out to clients if/as requested. Requirements: Associate's degree in Human Resources, or a related field required OR 3 + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times Strong knowledge of employment regulations (Federal and PA) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Recruiting experience preferred BUT we will be training you in the methodology we utilize Please check us out: www.hrresolutions.com We look forward to learning more about you!
