Our client is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join their team at a special needs school. This is a tempoary to direct hire opportunity.Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries. Provide administrative support to the principal, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Assist with billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices. Maintain and update school records, including student and staff information. Organize and manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Perform other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Friendly and professional demeanor. Experience working in a school or educational setting is a plus.
