Productiv Inc. is now hiring for a Receiving Supervisor position for our warehouses in Grapevine, TX area! Bilingual Receiving Supervisor Job Description Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.Schedule appointments for all inbound shipments, ensure a PO in the system before scheduling.Report KPI every segment in Prometrics.Unload floor loaded containers, sort by part number and receive in the system. Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received. Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel. Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items. Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments, initiates proof of delivery documents. May maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records. May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; may operate shrink-wrap machine; may operate company vehicle to deliver shipments; may assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area. Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety. Leads, guides, and trains employees performing related work. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Plan and schedule personnel to meet SLA.Receive and put away all inbounds within 48 hours to meet SLA.Supervise a Team of 3-12 employees.Forklift Experience required.Fluent in Spanish and English is a requirement. Required Experience 2-year experience Physical Requirements Must be able to pick up boxes up 25 lbs. Must be able to handle a box cutter and tape gun Mental Requirements Must be able to communicate clearly (Spanish and English) Must be able to take direction Hygiene Requirements Must follow good grooming habits Must be able to handle multiple items without causing contamination Pay - $27-$32/Hour-depending on experience. Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm Warehouse located: 2450 Esters Boulevard Suite 100 Grapevine, TX, 76051
