Responsibilities:• Blow away your clients with amazing customer service• Issue title commitments and satisfy B-I requirements• Prepare closing documents for attorney review• Prepare closing statements and balance with lender• Prepare final title policy for attorney review• Schedule closings and carry out signings• Fund the closing.• Record documents Qualifications: • High school diploma required -- college degree preferred• Meet state licensing requirements -- title producers license is a plus• Microsoft Office Suite proficient• The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills• Requires 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor, title examiner, or closing services experience• Candidate must have title agent license or be willing to obtain it• Qualia experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 yearly About Company: The Grantham Law Firm is a boutique law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, and 1031 Exchanges.
