Responsibilities: • Hold on or offsite team building events• Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly• Manage the activities and performance of the sales team• Aid in creating budgets• Set aggressive sales goals with the sales team• Be a helping hand in preparing budgets• Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies Qualifications: • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary• Problem analysis and problem-solving• Prior sales experience is extremely important• Experience with relevant software applications• Team leadership ability• Proven experience as a sales manager/team leader• Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000+ About Company: The Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
