Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Real Estate license required Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: At Luxurysold.com in Las Vegas, we have lead systems, resources, a coaching and multiple office teams in place for real estate.
