Position: Acquisitions Manager Company: Impact Home Team As an Acquisitions Manager, you will: • Identify and acquire properties that fit our investment strategy.• Negotiate deals effectively to maximize value.• Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition.• Build strong, lasting relationships with property owners. This position is primarily located in Baltimore County, MD, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close• Follow up on all leads and requests for information Qualifications:• 2+ years of direct sales experience: You have a proven track record of closing deals!• Self-motivated and goal-oriented: You set ambitious targets and work hard to achieve them.• Strong negotiation and communication skills: You can effectively persuade and connect with others.• Coachability: You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.• Self-starter: You take initiative and drive results.• Relationship Builder: You excel at connecting with people and maintaining strong partnerships.• Flexibility: Comfortable working both in-person and remotely.
