Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Sales talk mastery• Database • CRM mastery• Follow the plan Qualifications: • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized• Past sales experience is preferred• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
