Responsibilities: • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home• Prospect for new leads to promote new business• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values• Diplomatically negotiate on the client’s behalf• Provide guidance and assist clients in selling and purchasing property under the best terms• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.)• Cooperate with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred• Tech savvy• Organized and manages time effectively• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Ability to cold call comfortably• Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission About Company: Based in Saratoga Springs, New York, Shannon McCarthy Team @ eXp Realty is one of the region’s top-selling real estate teams, having represented the sale of more than 2,000 properties.
