Responsibilities: • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Follow the team plan• Lead follow up• CRM mastery• Scripts mastery• Lead generation Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Tech savvy• Past sales experience is preferred• Show good organizational and time management skills• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Commission opportunity.• Ind.
