We are looking for an experienced agent to help mentor new and seasoned agents. We provide agents and in-school leads to the coaching program. This is a great way to grow your real estate team alongside the coaching program. Give agents the opportunity to gain industry experience by letting them help you grow your team. Responsibilities:• Coach and teach contracts• Teach database and COI marketing• CRM training• Coaching appointments• Weekly accountability with agents• Help negotiate contracts• Individual Sales• Grow a team Qualifications:• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Real estate sales experience• 10+ completed transactions• Team player• Coachable and trainable• Attend ongoing trainings and events Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
