Responsibilities: --- Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client --- Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary --- Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing --- Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly --- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Qualifications: --- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself --- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly --- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies --- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently --- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills --- Be a licensed real estate agent --- Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success --- Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere!
