Responsibilities:• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • One year of work experience in real estate• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Great communication• A real estate license required• Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
