2-Year Paid Real Estate Sales Development Program! Responsibilities: --- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline --- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently --- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads --- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met --- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs --- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads --- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process --- This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building --- Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day --- Report activity and results on a daily basis --- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline --- Hunt, manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently --- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Qualifications: --- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills --- Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator --- We don't care about experience.
