Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties• Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices• Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations• Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants• Show properties to interested buyers or tenants• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients Qualifications: • Tech savvy• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills• Self-motivation and drive• Valid real estate license in the state of Florida• Strong knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal• Proven sales experience with a track record of success• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients Compensation: $100,000+ yearly About Company: We are one of the fastest-growing teams in SW Florida.
