In this role, you'll guide a team of agents, offer training and support, and develop effective sales strategies. You'll help your team reach their goals, handle complex deals, keep up with market trends, and build strong client relationships. Great communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy approach. Responsibilities:• Leading and inspiring a team of real estate agents to crush their goals.• Providing training, support, and a bit of coaching to help your team shine.• Training your squad on killer sales strategies and marketing plans.• Keeping an eye on team performance and giving feedback to help everyone get better.• Ensuring your squad attends team huddles to keep everyone on track and pumped up.• Building a positive, collaborative vibe that encourages growth and success.• Jumping in to help with tricky transactions and negotiations when needed.• Staying in the know about market trends, regulations, and cool new real estate practices.• Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and other industry folks.• Getting out there in the community and at events to spread the word about our awesome team. Qualifications:• Active real estate license in TN.• At least 2 years of experience as a real estate agent with a solid track record.• Previous leadership or team management experience is a big plus.• Deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.• Great communication, people skills, and a knack for negotiation.• A natural leader who can motivate and uplift others.• Super organized with a keen eye for detail.• Tech-savvy with experience using real estate software and tools.• Driven, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
