The ideal candidate will represent clients in real estate litigation, demonstrating strong litigation skills and legal expertise.Duties:Represent clients in real estate litigation proceedings with confidence and professionalism.Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and provide strategic legal advice.Draft and review transactional documents related to real estate litigation.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts, both orally and in writing.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California.Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in real estate litigation preferred.Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education, Certifications, and Skills:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California.Strong litigation background with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in real estate litigation.Exceptional analytical understanding and proficiency in drafting and reviewing transactional documents.Ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid ability to work independently and in a team environment.Benefits: The firm offers competitive benefits, including Health Insurance, 401k options, Vacation/PTO, Paid Holidays, Office Events, and Bonuses based on performance.
