Responsibilities: • Organize and attend both virtual and still photo shoots to help create enticing property presentations • Expand knowledge of current design trends and innovative techniques and materials and implement them in each project • Meet with clients in their homes to develop staging plans that help the property sell quickly• Help create brochures and flyers of the property that are appealing to clients to help ensure quick sale of the property• Work with project management team to coordinate construction/design project to deliver on time and on budget that meets/exceeds client expectations• Collaborate with clients and team members to meet or exceed client expectations• Oversee additional furniture rentals and ensure timely and budget-friendly staging• Maintain owned furniture storage and inventory• Coordinate U-haul rentals and team support for furniture delivery to and from properties• Determine staging scope and timeline to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion• Create eye-catching in-home staging for quick property sales• Flexible schedule (Monday-Sunday) based on project needs• Manage furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation for timely staging• Schedule and attend photo shoots for appealing property photos• Coordinate construction and design projects to meet or exceed client expectations Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to a client and their needs• Effective time management and organizational skills • Must hold a Degree/License in Interior Design and have at least 2 years of experience• Current on the latest furniture trends • Current U.S. driver's license and ability to drive large moving vehicles• Passion for creating inspiring and eye-catching interior spaces• In-depth knowledge of affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly DOE About Company: Join a team of humble, hard-working go-getters who embody a solution-focused attitude.
