The team has regular outings, an annual golf tournament, and an annual retreat Overview of the Development Accountant role: Responsible for a portfolio of approximately 10 development projects Track total project costs and manage cash flow Request and process bank draws Perform monthly forecasting and account reconciliations Perform all tasks related to closing on an asset Ad hoc projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications for the Development Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years experience CPA or public accounting a plus Able to prioritize and multitask Excellent Benefits: M,D,V, 3 weeks PTO to start, 5% 401K match, and flextimePowered by JazzHR
