We are in search of a vibrant and innovative individual to seize this exceptional opportunity. • Position entails supervising and guiding internal sales representatives. • Full-time role based in our Fresno, CA office. • Key responsibilities involve managing incoming calls from clients across the United States and globally. Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of Real Estate ISAs in Fresno, CA, US, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and performance assessments.• Recruit and hire qualified ISAs based on their sales expertise and qualifications.• Develop and implement training programs aimed at enhancing qualification call quality, script handling, and objection management for ISAs.• Utilize dialers and relevant applications for call operations and script improvements.• Supervise call quality, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.• Offer personalized feedback and address concerns of ISAs through regular interactions.• Share insights and updates in management meetings. Qualifications:• The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience overseeing a team in a Real Estate Call Center setting, specifically focusing on mentoring roles.• Extensive knowledge of real estate markets and a proven history of effectively engaging potential buyers are essential prerequisites for this position.• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in phone sales, are vital to showcase strong leadership skills.• A positive and target-driven attitude, along with the ability to inspire team members, is crucial for success in this role.• Strong problem-solving skills and a flair for innovative thinking are essential qualifications.• Proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and various management systems is a must.• Demonstrated capability to swiftly address issues in a fast-paced work environment is a critical attribute.• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is considered advantageous for this specific role.
