We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities• Followup with provided leads according to our established model that we teach you Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $100,000+ at plan About Company: Founded in 2010 by Mike Hogan, The Hogan Group Real Estate has evolved into one of the real estate industry's most innovative teams.
