You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Follow the team plan• Team player• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database and CRM• Good communication• Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Commission opportunity• Must have a valid real estate license• Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams San Diego East Foothills is one of San Diego's most collaborative offices.
