You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments• Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed• Close sales• CRM and database mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• An established track record of successful real estate sales • A real estate license is required• Superb communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: MISSION: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
