We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Open houses• Hunt for buyer leads• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
