Looking for an independent licensed broker agent to handle new clients with provided leads. Start part-time, expand to full-time, work remotely from home. Must have a car for property showings (no central office). City-centric area north of Chicago River. Commission-only position, offering potential to earn $80K+ annually. Responsibilities include showing/listing properties, client rapport building, making offers, and professional follow-through on contracts. Requires comparative market analysis skills, basic loan knowledge. Lender interaction experience a plus. Flexible schedule, availabilty including weekdays and weekends needed. Ideal for energetic individuals ready to succeed in real estate! Responsibilities: -- Consistently, pro-actively follow up on leads provided -- Schedule viewings & show properties to potential clients -- Submit offers and follow through from negotiation to closing -- Work with leases for rental clients -- Communicate and cooperate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors and other agent as needed Qualifications: -- Weekday and weekend availability needed -- Must have own car -- Strong sales, negotiation, communication and organizational skills -- Multi-lingual a plus, especially Spanish and / or Polish Benefits: -- Will train newly licensed agent -- Smaller brokerage - you won't be lost in the mix - highly responsive to questions / issues -- Ability to move into full-time -- Potential to make $80K+ annually for starters -- Leads provided Employment Type: Part Time Bonus/Commission: No
