For this position, we are particularly looking for an agent with experience and interest in working with tenants and landlords to join our growing team. You’ll prospect regularly, cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, and provide excellent service to them as you help them navigate their real estate transactions, all while working closely with a hard-working and supportive top-producing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who isn't afraid to ask for advice or help and is eager for mentorship. You love helping people solve their problems and others enjoy working with you because of the energy you create. Please note that while the primary focus of this role will be on working with tenants and landlords, there will be opportunities to gain mentorship and experience with buyers and sellers over time. Particularly in the case of self-generated leads, the team can offer plenty of support and guidance. Responsibilities:• Prospect and follow up with leads daily• Actively participate in daily team huddles and weekly team meetings (mostly virtual)• Clearly demonstrate the benefits and values of working with our team to prospective clients• Work closely with tenants to help them understand the home-renting process and to locate and negotiate the successful leasing of homes with ongoing, consistent, and clear communication• Work closely with landlords throughout the home-leasing process, from market prep to showings, to screening and securing appropriate tenants for their properties• Maintain supportive relationships with tenants and landlords even after leases have been secured • Collaborate with office staff throughout real estate transactions to ensure clients are receiving an extremely high level of service and attention• Serve as a capable and trustworthy colleague to work with existing team leads Qualifications:• Must have a valid Real Estate Broker’s License• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• 1+ years of agent or relevant real estate experience • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Be team-oriented and open to support as well as supporting others• Maintain a highly organized approach to the business by staying on top of your CRM and incoming communications such as emails and texts Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 + at plan (entirely commission based) About Company: Chicago Residential Partners is an experienced and growing real estate team that is based out of the Compass Bucktown office and services greater Chicagoland.
