This public sector client is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor for a 12 months contract. mostly remote (travel to sites will be required : Greater London Area). Youll have relevant experience in: Chartered Quantity/ Building Surveyor Membership of the RICS or similar professional body. A minimum of 3 years post graduation construction cost management or technical experience with strong commercial, management and communication skills Experience of leading a team of building professionals, either through projects or direct line management. Experience of delivering construction projects from inception through to completion with particular interest in the monitoring of costs and understanding of technical issues. Experience of cost management for design and build construction projects, value of works from GBP5m : GBP20m or more. In: depth working knowledge and understanding of various procurement methods, particularly two: stage D and B procurement. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders. Apply now.
