140 Baldwin Street Extension, Meadville, PA 16335Phone# 814-724-XXXX, Fax# 814-333-XXXX, e-mail: XXXX@pascotool.com, www.pascotool.comPasco Tool & Plastics is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to support our Tooling & InjectionMolding operations.* Primary Responsibilities Include:o Managing and retaining our ISO certificationo Continuously improving our Quality Management Systemo Effectively interact with production and new product development to maintain supply ofquality product and successfully launch new products.o Work with customers and engineering to define the requirements of production validation.o Work with customers and suppliers to resolve all corrective actionso Prepare, maintain and control quality documentation, FMEA's, Control Plans, C of C's, PPAP'setc.o Ensure all production product meets the customers specificationso Manage and support the quality inspection groupo Work in a cross functional team to create and manage a formal training programo Develop and sustain an incoming inspection program* Education & Experience:o Required: Minimum of 3 years in quality control In depth knowledge of ISO 9001o Plus: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Extensive knowledge of metrology Management Experience Lean Six Sigma Certification* Required Skills:o Attention to detailo Analyticalo Critical Thinkingo Organizationo Muti-taskingo Strong oral and written comminationo Detail orientedo Proficient in Microsoft Officeo Problem solvingo Team Player & Motivatoro Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervisionPasco Tool & Plastics is a precision tooling and injection molding supplier of custom components in Meadville,PA.
