We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our Engineering team in Aurora, Colorado for the role of Integration & Test (I&T) Deputy Lead. The Integration & Test Deputy Lead plans and performs Integration & Test assignments involving complex software and hardware subsystems and resolves identified conflicting issues. The individual leads the Integration and Test group, with duties spanning Feature Verification and Requirement selloff, test automation oversight, and lab coordination. Participates in an I&T program which includes establishing methods and techniques, planning tests, developing test requirements, writing I&T procedures and reports, performing software integration, and conducting tests utilizing comprehensive knowledge of these complex subsystems. Leads I&T readiness reviews, design reviews, and presentations to the customer as well as senior program management. Utilizes a broad knowledge of precedents in SI&T engineering and applies understanding of principles of related engineering and software technology to ensure test validity and integrity. *Identify technical issues during software integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure * Work in an Agile program environment * Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant systems integration and test experience or 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in (STEM) * Experience troubleshooting and resolving software system execution problems * S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance *Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment * Experience with ground station and satellite domains (such as terrestrial data networking, command and telemetry, launch operations, flight dynamics, mission planning, on-orbit operations) * Familiarity with Rational Quality Manager (RQM) and Doors Next Generation (DNG) * Test Automation experience (Cucumber or Gherkin) * Experience with Java, C++, or Python * Experience with Linux operating system *Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
