Redi Services LLC, a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of an experienced Quality Control Manager to join us for an amazing fulltime, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. This position can be based out of our Salt Lake City, Utah, Evanston, Wyoming, or our Rock Springs, Wyoming offices. With our employees and safety being our top priorities, Redi Services, LLC. has exciting plans for 2024. Won't you come and join us? Job Duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining quality control plans and procedures to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Recommending new or improved quality control methods, procedures, and/or standards. Ensuring that all compliance regulations, codes, and standards are being met. Providing training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Addressing quality related complaints from clients and resolving them efficiently. Ensuring all quality control documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with co-workers and customers. Utilizing your excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits and Perks: Great Company Benefits Starting the 1st of the Month After 60 Days of Eligible Employment.
