Quality Assurance Manager needed w/Bach's deg or Foreign equiv in Chemical Engg or Pharmaceutical Science or Drug Regulatory Affairs & 5 yrs of progressive work exp as QA Manager performing following job duties or Master's deg or Foreign equiv in Chemical Engg or Pharmaceutical Science or Drug Regulatory Affairs & 1 yr exp performing following job duties: Manage, implmt & coord QA prgms to prevent & eliminate defects in new & existing products. Investigate deviations from standard operating procedures, discrepancies & out of specs results. Partner w/ mfg operations to identify & implmt process improvements. Perform gap assessments of processes & implmt corrective actions. Direct the operation of the QMS function, incl establishment of responsibilities & goals. Evaluate & approve plant documentation to ensure compliance to GMPs, specs & SOPs. Review batch records & release incoming packaging components. Label Material Change site requests. Responsible for monthly Decatur/Site quality metrics reporting & analysis. Trend Quality performance matrices. Maintain retained samples for all products. Annual Report Compliance & Annual Product Review process. Quality review of maintenance work orders. Host customer audits & provide responses to audit deficiencies & observations.
