Reporting directly to a Partner, and responsible for the management of a small team, you will get the opportunity to work directly with a varied range of assignments, across a broad range of clients. Reporting directly to a Partner, and responsible for the management of a small team, you will get the opportunity to work directly with a varied range of assignments, across a broad range of clients. The role is fast-paced and busy. It will involve everything from accounts production, tax planning, and dealing with ad-hoc client queries, to meeting with clients to discuss their tax liabilities. Our client is looking for a Qualified accountant with practice experience to manage a portfolio of clients in their Monaghan Office. Responsibilities: Qualified CPA/ACA/ACCAMinimum 12 months Practice experience Experience in trainee development and team management Experience in the preparation of accounts to review stage Knowledge and understanding of tax compliance Tax advice and return preparation Client facing experience with a strong customer service ethic and an ability to develop and maintain professional relationships Requirements: Recent accountancy practice experience Commitment to working in a deadline driven environment, with the ability to prioritise workflow and manage budgets Leadership qualitieinteractioncellent time management A team player with initiative, and a sense of responsibility towards your work and your.
