1. Reports To: Quality Assurance Engineer/ Quality Assurance Supervisor/Quality Assurance Groupleader 2. Description: Confirms specifications for incoming materials or components, documentation, and communicates problems with Quality Assurance Personnel. 3. Responsibilities: Inspects material, component parts, and finished goods for uniformity of color, surface defects, dimensional instructions or blueprints by using measuring instruments and test equipment. Records data concerning product variation or defects. Identifies and tags accepted or rejected material within the department's assigned areas. Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures 4. Education: High School education or GED. 5. Experience: 1 or more years of Manufacturing experience.. 6. Skills: Ability to follow oral and written instructions.. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds. 7. Training Specific To Position: Ability to operate a variety of testing instruments and equipment. 8. OTHER: Must be willing to work overtime at a last moments notice.. Must be able to work any assigned shift. 9.
