Bring your experiences, your perspectives, and your passion; it's in our differences that we empower the way the world learns.About the Role: The Publishing Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the global Trade editorial team, contributing to the overall success of the program and team objectives. The Publishing Coordinator will report to the Group VP of Trade Publishing and will play a pivotal role in managing schedules, coordinating team-wide reporting, and supporting special project work within the Trade business. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.How you will make an impact: Collect, organize, and assist in verifying reports from various teams to provide a clear view of the group's progress and performance Coordinate meeting schedules and meeting follow-up, as requested Manage communication with authors and partners from select publishing areas Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, including AI-related initiatives Contribute to the smooth roll out of new projects and procedures, including training programs Curate team sites to support discoverability and communication impact Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with people at all levels of the organization Use global information systems and colleague networks to gather intelligence to support the team Manage other tasks or projects as requested on an ad hoc basis What we look for: Minimum of Bachelor's degree Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within a publishing environment Ability to support a busy team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work with detailed, complex, and confidential information with discretion, sound judgement, and diplomacy Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely to internal colleagues and external stakeholders, including academics Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel Curiosity and a passion for learning new things About Wiley: Wiley is a trusted leader in research and learning, our pioneering solutions and services are paving the way for knowledge seekers as they work to solve the world's most important challenges.
