About the RoleMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our psychiatric team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, including evening and night shifts, with every other weekend rotation.Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment. Collaborate with doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to ensure optimal outcomes. Lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity. Participate in shared governance, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure required. Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required. A minimum of one year of inpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
