Responsibilities:• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose mental health conditions.• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and therapy.• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.• Document client progress/outcomes in notes punctually.• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.• Meets agency productivity standards. Qualifications:• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Connecticut.• Specialization in mental health.• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health care.• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities.• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with psychiatric disorders.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• US Work Authorization.
